Yes. Sessions are deeply rooted in faith.  Sessions are guided by the Love, Power, and Presence of the True and Living God—JAH, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Prayer, Scripture, and spiritual insight may be incorporated as the Holy Spirit leads, always in a respectful way. 

No, but you should be open to a Christ-centered, faith-forward approach.

Sessions provide a safe & peaceful space where you can share openly without judgment. Together, we address emotional and mental wounds, explore areas of trauma, and invite God’s healing presence into the process. You may also receive practical tools and spiritual guidance to support your healing journey.

My services are faith-based and focused on emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. While deeply supportive and transformative, this work is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care. If additional professional support is needed, referrals may be encouraged.

Sessions are currently offered virtually, allowing you to receive support from the comfort and safety of your own space.

Yes! 

All Coaching/ Counseling Sessions are confidential with very few exceptions. The main exceptions are: 1) the client is a clear danger to themselves or others; 2) instances when the client is a minor and reports they have been a victim of neglect, physical or sexual abuse; 3) disclosure of childhood sexual abuse; 4) elder abuse; 5) if compelled by a court.
